2. RECEPTION AND PROCESSING OF ALL TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS

3. PRIOR CLAIM

4. IMPROVEMENT NEGOTIATION

Upon receiving an answer to the same, <strong>WE WILL NEGOTIATE</strong> an improvement in case it is considered insufficient according to your circumstances. 5. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

6. LEGAL DEFENSE

We manage your <strong>LEGAL DEFENSE</strong>, if you have Legal Defense coverage, we will manage for you <strong>FREE OF CHARGE</strong> the reimbursement of the fees paid to our Firm.
